Event Description

The 2012 Yangtze Business Network conference will bring together chemical manufacturers and their service providers with senior Chinese officials from the Ministry of Transport, regional maritime safety authorities and Yangtze port operators.

The keynote speaker will be Chen Zhengcai, Director of Transport and Safety from the Ministry of Transport responsible for drafting Decree 591, the regulation governing the transportation of dangerous cargo within China.
