On February 16, the Council is delighted to invite Hugo Ibarnavarro, Senior Distribution and CS Manager in Ermenegildo Zegna, joining us and leading a discussion on Fashion & Apparel Supply Chain: Reducing Lead Time to be competitive.
Fashion & Apparel Retail needs a strong SC. Being at the right place, with the right product and at the right moment, better as soon as possible, is crucial to be competitive. China is not different but has local characteristics to be taken in consideration.
By sharing experiences, best practices, market knowledge, common issues and other key topics (e.g. regulations, IP, etc.), this new workgroup is designed to help supply chain, logistics and procurement professionals working for apparel and luxury manufacturers to learn from each other and accelerate the growth of supply chain management in the apparel and retail sector in China.
